How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 2-8 business days to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada - around 3-10 business days in total. For the rest of the world, including the European Union, allow 10-21 business days for delivery.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery any time using the Track Your Order page in our menu.

How do I return a product?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@sameside.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving approval.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us at support@sameside.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund for damaged or faulty items — return shipping is on us in these cases.
